How to Do Squats

Squats are a great lower-body exercise.

Bottoms will love squats because they work the butt, thighs, and calves while strengthening your core — which makes easier to do certain daily activities:

  • sit down;
  • get out of bed; or
  • get into the cowboy sex position.
